Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare sales leader, spanning Fortune 500 organizations and high-growth biotech companies. She offers deep expertise in partnering with Large Systems of Care, GPOs, Institutions, and National Accounts, where she has consistently driven measurable growth, expanded market access, and delivered sustained strategic value.
Throughout her career, Nicole has built a strong track record of executing complex commercial strategies, leading high-impact contract negotiations, and advancing enterprise-level initiatives. She is known for her ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, operational, and clinical teams—translating strategy into execution while improving efficiency, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating adoption within healthcare channels.
Nicole’s leadership has contributed to scalable growth initiatives, operational enhancements, and successful navigation of increasingly complex healthcare environments. Personal
Outside of the office, Nicole is usually on the water—boating, paddleboarding, or enjoying the coast. She is a dedicated volunteer in the community and has served on several international mission trips. She also enjoys unwinding in the garden or finding some live music with family, friends, and her pup.
