Michael Kozin is a senior healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership, including more than 25 years focused on the U.S. healthcare market. He brings a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of commercialization, market access, and distribution, supporting manufacturers in successfully navigating the complexities of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
Michael’s experience spans managed care (Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payors), institutional channels (hospitals, IDNs, long-term care, GPOs, and military), and pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution. This cross-functional expertise enables him to bridge the gap between manufacturers and key market stakeholders—driving access, contracting success, and channel expansion.
He is widely recognized as an innovative, solutions-oriented leader who consistently delivers practical, ROI-driven strategies that accelerate product adoption and market penetration. His ability to align regulatory, payer, and distribution strategies has made him a trusted advisor to both emerging and established healthcare manufacturers.
