Alexi Kozin
Administrative Manager
Alexi Kozin is an administrative and operations professional specializing in regulatory support, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. As Administration Manager at US Drug and Device Register, she supports compliance-driven workflows that help manufacturers navigate the U.S. healthcare market and achieve market readiness.
She works closely with manufacturers, internal teams, and data platforms—including SIGIS—to ensure accurate product setup, data integrity, and alignment with regulatory and payer requirements. With a focus on over-the-counter (OTC) products, Alexi contributes to initiatives that enhance channel visibility and support access to programs such as FSA/HSA eligibility.
Alexi brings a multidisciplinary background spanning customer service, team training, STEM environments, and purchasing operations. Alexi holds a degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and has a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and team dynamics.
Personal
Outside of work, Alexi enjoys photography and traveling and values spending time with family, friends, and relaxing with her dog. In addition to spending time with loved ones, Alexi enjoys participating in a weekly axe-throwing league.
